When it comes to homegrown talent, we've watched our very own indie rock band, GIRLS, flourish from an acutely acclaimed local act to national indie superstars, right before our eyes. From hitting the stage in a Brooklyn church to getting snapped by the famed Hedi Slimane, these guys have accelerated at a beyond-impressive pace.
We're enthralled with the tunes (and quirky style) the S.F.-based band produces, and their latest video is no exception. "My Ma" is the third single off the album Father, Son, Holy Ghost, and delivers every ounce of captivating GIRLS sound we've come to expect.
